By creating an account and using Intentional (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Intentional. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for additional security.
Intentional is a personal productivity and goal-setting application. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes consistent with its intended function. You must not use the App to: • Set goals that involve harm, threats, or illegal activity directed at yourself or any other person • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App • Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or malicious content • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Goals created in Intentional must be oriented toward positive personal growth and lawful activities. The following types of goals are strictly prohibited: • Goals involving harm, violence, or threats directed at any person (including yourself) • Goals related to illegal activity of any kind • Goals involving harassment, stalking, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin • Goals related to self-harm or suicide We use automated and human moderation to enforce these standards. Violations may result in immediate account termination. If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).
When you create or join a Household, you agree to share certain content with other household members as determined by your privacy settings. You retain ownership of all content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that household members have consented to join your household. Shared content must comply with these Terms.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections. You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into the App.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Intentional and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Intentional is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or mental health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intentional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
